Uxbridge Ultrasound provides private ultrasound scans for medical diagnostic purposes. Our scans are performed by qualified practitioners and may generate reports or images to be shared with you or, with your consent, your healthcare provider.

2. Medical Disclaimer
Our services are not a substitute for your GP or hospital care. While we aim to provide accurate diagnostic information, you must continue to seek advice and treatment from your healthcare provider. Following your ultrasound scan, we may recommend further tests, follow-up, or provide specific recommendations. It is important that you act on this information where necessary and share it with your GP or specialist

3. Appointments and Payment

· All appointments must be booked in advance. Same-day appointments are also available.

· Payment is required when you attend for your scan unless otherwise agreed in writing.

· Prices are clearly listed on our website and may be subject to change.

4. Patient Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate personal and medical information and to follow any preparation instructions provided before your scan. Failure to do so may limit the accuracy of your scan or result in rescheduling.

5. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and privacy, Uxbridge Ultrasound will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance solely on the ultrasound scan without consultation from your GP or specialist.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of booking will apply.
